The Rock Hall Reconsidered Project: Round 15 Results
After the Round 14 results were revealed, each nomination committee member was asked to compile another list of 40 currently-eligible artists to create the Round 15 ballot. With the addition of newly-eligible artists for the Class of 1996 (who released their first record in 1970) to the mix. With 23 spots available from last round, the committee replaced their existing nominees and generated an official ballot for Round 15:

Veteran's Committee Ballot
Starting in Round 15, there is an alternative path to induction for artists who have reached their 10-year eligibility period: the Veteran's Committee. On these ballots, voters selected exactly 4 artists from a group of 10 candidates. In this round, we nominated artists who received the most nominations throughout the project so far.
Here are this round's Veteran's Committee nominees:
Bobby Darin
Brenda Lee
Frankie Lymon & The Teenagers
Gene Vincent & The Blue Caps
LaVern Baker
Little Walter
Lloyd Price
Neil Sedaka
Professor Longhair
