The Rock Hall Reconsidered Project: Round 28 Results
After the Round 27 results were revealed, each nomination committee member was asked to compile another list of 40 currently-eligible artists to create the Round 28 ballot. With the addition of newly-eligible artists for the Class of 2009 (who released their first record in 1983) to the mix. With 22 spots available from last round, the committee replaced their existing nominees and generated an official ballot for Round 28:
