The Rock Hall Reconsidered Project: Round 8 Results

After the Round 7 results were revealed, each nomination committee member was asked to compile another list of 40 currently-eligible artists to create the Round 7 ballot. With the addition of newly-eligible artists for the Class of 1989 (who released their first record in 1963) to the mix. With 16 spots available from last round, the committee replaced their existing nominees and generated an official ballot for Round 8:
